Shipping and Delivery
Due to the nature of the location of our warehouse and international shipping, shipping and processing times will vary depending on where you are ordering from. We urge our customers to familiarize themselves with our shipping policy and shipping/processing times before placing an order.
What Courier Do You Use?
We offer DHL Express services at checkout.
COURIERSHIPS TO SHIPPING COST: DHL Express, day-time delivery before 12:00 WORLDWIDE *$30 (* Excludes Russia).
Please remember that DHL Express is not an expedited/express shipping service but the name of the courier. GSQ does not offer express shipping due to the location of the brand and the worldwide shipping aspect.
How Long Does It Take to Deliver My Order?
The orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in India within 5 business days*. Shipment/delivery time is separate, and depends on courier choice and delivery location.

Please note that during special offers, sale events or new collection launches you may experience up to 14 business day delays in receiving your order. The above times are estimations provided by our couriers, which can change once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
The estimated time does not include customs clearance/processing, which is unfortunately out of our control.
*Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays.

Pre-order Products
The items available for pre-order are usually still in mid-production. The current wait time is 7-14 business days, excluding shipping and processing time.
This wait time is for the garment to be produced in our local factory. Please take this into consideration when purchasing a pre-order product.
Can I Cancel My Order Once the Parcel is Processed?
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once the parcel has been processed.
What About Duties and Taxes?
All international packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, and they are not included in the cost of the order or the shipping charge.
Please check your local customs website for more information.
What If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?
God Save Queens is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit. All shipping costs for orders are non-refundable.
If you are experiencing delivery issues, please contact the courier with your tracking number so that they can provide you with proof of delivery.
Route Shipping Protection
We offer Route Shipping Protection, which can be added to your cart along with your order.
For orders under $100, the protection costs $0.98; for orders over $100, the charge is set at 2% of the total of your basket.
What the protection covers:
• Marked as delivered (stolen) – Shipping issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered. Orders over $100 USD require a police report.
• Stuck in transit (lost) – Shipping issues can be approved no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (Poland), or 60 days from the order date. For international orders, shipping issues can be approved no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the last update, or 60 days from the order date.
• Damaged – File shipping issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.
